TOUR ELIGIBILITY &TERMS

• Both husband and wife must be between the ages of 23-68 with a valid Drivers License or passport. 
• Have a combined annual household income of at least $45,000.00; $50,000.00 for married Canadian’s, no singles, no residents of the Province of Quebec.
• If you are co-habitating with a partner proof of same residence is required and both partners should attend the tour.
• Single females should have a minimum annual income of $50,000.00
• After meal, you must attend a 90 minute sales presentation.
• If married, co-habiting, or otherwise similarly committed, both persons must attend the sales presentation together.
• You must speak either English or English and Spanish if a resident of the U.S or Canada; must speak Spanish or Spanish and English if guest resides outside the U.S.
• Guests must not have toured the Silver Lake resort in the last 18 months.
• Florida residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia do not qualify for this offer..
•  All guests must bring and show a major credit card.
• No "group" tours will be accepted.
• No full-time students.

Subject to the above qualifications, this offer is available to all permanent residents and citizens of the United States and citizens of other approved countries.

Failure to qualify and attend the 90 minutes tour will result in a penalty of $100.00 per night of stay in addition to the promotional rate per night of stay.  The guest authorizes Tourist Street Inc. to charge all penalties on the guest’s credit card in the event the guest fails to attend the 90 minutes tour.      

DATE CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICIES:

Date changes must be made no less than 72 hours prior to arrival.   Date changes made within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to $55 for a one bedroom and $65 for a two bedroom. Prospects who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will be charged a “no show” fee of $55 for a one bedroom and $65 for a two bedroom plus a 10% processing fee.  Whatever amount has been paid will not be returned if the client leaves prior to the last date reserved.
