Q. When is the best time to visit Florida ?

A. The most popular season to visit Florida is during the summer. However, we have
found that visitors prefer the milder weather - and shorter lines - in September and early
October. Springtime visitors should be aware that "Spring Break" is a popular an
extremely busy time for traveling families, and lasts from mid-March to mid-April.

Q. How long is the Timeshare Presentation?

A. The standard Timeshare Sales Presentation runs about 90-120 minutes. For guests
interested in Ownership, the tour may take as long as necessary to address your
questions, and complete all appropriate paperwork.

Q. I purchased a vacation package online, but what if the dates sell out before I get my confirmation email?

A. Please contact us to check availability before purchase if you are concerned, and we
will tell you what is currently available. Remember that dates within 2 weeks of a
holiday sell out quickly and unexpectedly. This is why we offer our Full Refund
Policy: If the dates you have requested are unavailable, you may choose to either:
- Book your dates at an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there
is availability
- Choose to receive a full refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable
- Keep your vacation package to use up to a full year after purchase.

Q. Is childcare provided during the presentation?

A. Most resorts provide childcare for older children during the presentation. Those
resorts that do not provide separate childcare welcome you to bring your children with
you during the presentation; they will enjoy the preview of the resort amenities. For

Q. What happens if I miss the presentation?

A. Sometimes, an alternate time can be found so you can preview the timeshare property
before check-out. Keep in mind that if you reschedule after missing the tour, the resort
may charge a fee; during holidays, rescheduling may not be possible, as tours may not
be available. If you fail to tour before checkout, you will be required to pay retail price
for the rooms. If there is a conflict, please reschedule before the tour, instead of after.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Cancellation is always an option for our customers. You may cancel at any time until 72
hours before your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund! Or reschedule, and use
your vacation at any other time within 12 months of the purchase date. We allow one
free reschedule per customer; all other reschedules may be subject to a $7.95 charge.
For cancellations and date changes with less than 72 hours notice, please refer to the
resort information page for specific fees and penalties.

Q. Can I give the vacation package as a gift?

A. These vacation packages are non-transferable and binding. Registered guests are
obligated to attend the TimeShare Presentation in exchange for the discounts. All
customers need to register and pay for their own package, and will be bound by the
terms of the agreement.

Q. My hotel stay includes tickets. When will I receive the tickets?

A. Some of our vacation packages include free gifts, such as Theme Park or dinner theater
passes. These free gifts are a compensation for the time you spend on the tour, and are
given to you after completing the tour. For this reason, most tours are scheduled at the
beginning of your stay, so you will have plenty of time to use the tickets!

Q. Where can I purchase additional tickets?

A. Additional tickets and multi-day passes are available at the Resort Guest Centers and
online via official licensed distributors. For information on where to obtain extra
passes, please contact us .

Q. Do any of the Resorts and Hotels that you offer accept pets?

A. Unfortunately, because of the nature of Timeshare Tour Program, it is not possible for
the resorts to offer "pet friendly" accommodations. If you or a guest have a certified aid
animal that must accompany you, or if you need Pet Boarding information for your stay,
please let us know at the time of purchase.

Q. We don't meet the requirements on the listing, what alternatives are there?

A. Our resort partners each have specific terms and qualifications for these offers. Terms
and Tour Eligibility vary between resorts. If you do not meet the requirements of the
listings you see, please contact us and we will help you determine if you may qualify for
an alternative offer through a different resort or savings program.

Q. Are there any “black-out” dates?

A. There are no "blackout" dates for our resorts unless specifically stated, in RED under
the price. Please note that during particularly busy times, such as Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Spring Break, and Summer Break, travel dates may sell out 45-60 days in
advance; please make your plans accordingly.
